Originally from Mississippi, Jennifer spent several years living in Houston before moving to the Northshore in 2011, where she now proudly calls home. She is excited to be part of the team at Newfield Realty Group serving the Greater New Orleans and Northshore communities.
Jennifer has a passion for homes, design, and helping clients find the perfect place to call home. In addition to real estate, she enjoys interior decorating and helping buyers see the full potential in a space. With a husband who is a custom home builder, she also brings valuable insight into home construction and design.
When she’s not working with clients, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband, their two adult sons, and their three miniature poodles.

Dawn Hunt has dedicated more than 20 years to serving clients and colleagues in the real estate industry with professionalism, integrity, and a strong commitment to results. During her career, she spent over a decade as a member of the prestigious RE/MAX 100% Club, followed by 10 years serving on the Agent Leadership Council with Keller Williams, where she contributed her experience and leadership to help guide fellow agents.
Dawn has built lasting relationships throughout her career and remains connected with many past clients and industry partners. In fact, one of the builders she worked with years ago continues to send buyer referrals today—a testament to the trust and reputation she has built in the industry.
Her extensive background as a successful Realtor led her to her current role as Transaction Coordinator with Newfield Realty Group, where for the past seven years she has used her expertise and attention to detail to help ensure smooth, successful closings for both agents and clients.
As the spouse of a military family, Dawn spent 18 years traveling the world and experiencing many communities. Yet through all those adventures, she always knew there was only one place she wanted to raise her children—Mandeville, the place she proudly calls home.

UNO graduate with a degree in Finance and a minor in Real Estate, and a proud former Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps. A Licensed Commercial and Residential Contractor with over 20 years of experience in building construction, roofing, pools, landscape beautification, and residential development. Also a Licensed Horticulturist, Landscape Contractor, and Irrigation Contractor, and the owner of Fresh Cut Landscaping, successfully operating for more than two decades. A Real Estate Investor since 2003, with extensive experience in ground-up construction and sales, residential and multifamily flips, hotel conversions, and multifamily holding companies. A dedicated husband of 23 years and proud father of three amazing sons. Passionate about expanding our Real Estate Brokerage to help agents create a consistent income stream through sales while building long-term, cash-flowing real estate portfolios.

The History of Newfield Realty Group
Randy and I have been in the Real Estate business since 2001. It all started when I bought my first condo. After the purchase, I fixed up the property and lived there as a single until Randy and I were married. Six months after the wedding, we bought another property and rented out the condo. We then renovated our new townhouse, rented it and later sold it for a great price. Basically, you could say we got the ‘bug’ - even before it was popular on TV! After buying and selling those properties, I got my Real Estate license. Although I initially got my license with the intention of buying and selling our own work, I realized it could be beneficial to help others. As a result, I helped a friend of a friend find a new property. Turned out, I LOVED IT! Helping them find just the right house and assisting with their home buying needs was the perfect fit for me. Through my construction, landscaping, and design experience, not only was I able to assist others in finding the perfect fit, but was also able to provide advice to first-time buyers, experienced buyers, and even investors.
